Do I have to pay extra for tech support and maintenance?
No, all plans include tech support, product updates, and regular maintenance, so you don't have to worry about anything once you launch.
What is included in the plan pricing?
All our plans include a Video Content Management System, video on demand and live video, video analytics, real-time OTT channel builder and version management, integrations for marketing, bandwidth, security and Content Delivery Network (CDN).
Do you provide mobile or TV apps?
Yes. You can request the activation of OTT apps with at least one active Pay-as-you-go plan, at any time, from your dashboard. You decide which OTT applications to activate; Teyuto builds and deploys them on the respective app stores under your name and developer account. You'll find activation costs directly on your dashboard, or contact us for more information.
Do you provide an API?
Yes, we offer an API in all plans, including the free plan, to support the growth of your video solution from day one. You can find the documentation in our developer docs and the full API reference.
What payment methods do you support?
Teyuto supports all leading credit and debit cards. If you want to make payments through alternate methods, please contact us.
How do storage limits work?
Storage is counted in minutes of video stored and live streaming recorded. If you remove videos that were uploaded or streamed during the current monthly cycle, those minutes are removed from the usage in the next month.
